THE EVENT
We love our partnership with Rehab 2 Perform and so should you! We're partnering with R2P to host a FREE 5K/10K Run Event on Sept 24, 2025 in Columbia, MD. This event includes a 5K or 10K run course around Lake Elkhorn, food, beverage and the R2P recovery trailer (Hyperice Normatec Boots and massage guns).
Additionally, the first 50 people to register will receive a FREE logo t-shirt. Additional shirts to be distributed on first-come-first-serve basis while supplies last.

Run starts at 6:00 PM. Arrive early to use bathrooms and stretch.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Runners must be at least 7 years old to participate.
Pets, baby joggers/strollers, in-line skates, bicycles, and any other non-official wheeled vehicles are prohibited. Registration transfers are not permitted to other Rip It Events. Race organizers reserve the right to close registration due to capacity limits. Race organizers reserve the right to delay or cancel event due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
