Each wave will consist of both half marathon and 10K participants. Participants must start in their assigned waves. If your average pace is list incorrectly but only by 30 seconds or so, please remain in your assigned wave. If you feel strongly that you should be placed in a different wave, please notify us at athlete check-in on Saturday or Sunday (emails are no longer being accepted at this time).
WAVE START LIST
Wave start list will be published one week prior to race day. To view the wave start list, click HERE.
Allowing a non-registered runner to use your bib is NOT PERMITTED. This is a standard rule for just about all races. There are two reasons for this rule.
1. MOST IMPORTANTLY - our race insurance covers registered runners only. It does not cover someone who is running under someone else's name/bib number.
2. This race sold out very quickly. After registration closed, we received MANY emails and phone calls from runners requesting entry into this race. It is unfair to allow a non-registered runner to use a bib number when many people would have gladly paid for a registration but could not.
RACE CATEGORY CHANGES
If you decide to switch from the Half Marathon to the 10K race (or vise versa), please let us know in-person at athlete check-in on Saturday or Sunday. We are no longer accepting changes via email at this point. This applies to start wave changes as well.

If you're unable to attend packet pick-Up, someone may pick up your packet on your behalf. He/she MUST have a copy of the participants photo ID and permission note signed by the participant. No exceptions. The easiest way to accomplish this is to have the participant send a photo of their i.d. and a hand written note to your phone. Present this image to staff at packet pick up.
