WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY TICKET?

A ticket includes access to the event 45 minutes before movie start. For drive-in type events, a dedicated parking space and movies sound through vehicle FM radio. Attendees are welcome to bring their own food & beverage to be enjoyed inside their vehicle. When possible, food trucks will attend these events. 

HOW CAN I LISTEN TO THE MOVIE AT A DRIVE-IN EVENT?

Vehicles will use their FM radio to tune into a specific station. The FM station will be displayed on the movie screen continuously for 30 minutes prior to the start of the movie. Additionally, attendees can use other devices to tune into the FM station such as radio headphones or smartphone app. Vehicles MUST be able to turn head lights off while playing car radio.

 

WHAT IS A QUIET MOVIE EVENT? HOW DO I RENT HEADPHONES?

At quiet movie events, the movie sound is transmitted directly to headphones. During the ticket purchase process online, attendees will add the number of headphones needed (one headphone per person) to their event order. At the movie event, headphones will be distributed to moviegoers and collected at the end of the event (check in/out). Need to add more headphones to your order after you've purchased your online event ticket? No worries. We'll have extra headphones at each movie event that can be rented. CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CANNOT ATTEND THIS EVENT?

Generally, tickets are not refundable, but tickets holders may transfer tickets to someone else for the same event. To transfer your movie ticket, email info@bigscreenflicks.com. Please send us the name and email of the person who originally purchased the ticket as well as the same information for the new ticket holder. There is no fee to transfer tickets to someone else.

WILL A MOVIE EVENT BE CANCELLED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER? IF SO, WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

Movie events in which inclement weather is forecasted may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hour before the event starts. Ticket holders will be notified via email should a cancellation be required. If the event is cancelled, a ticket refund will be issued within 3 business days to the credit card used to purchase the ticket. WHAT COVID-19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WILL BE IN PLACE? 

Due to Covid-19, all events will be drive-in type experiences. Participant safety is our biggest concern. We will be following all CDC guidelines to assure a fun and safe experience:

  • Face masks are required for people who are outside their vehicle (attendees and staff)

  • Contactless check-in

 

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO MY MOVIE EVENT?

Attendees can arrive up to 45 minutes prior to the start of their movie event. 

CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET THE DAY OF THE EVENT? 

All tickets can be purchased online. There are no cash or in-person ticket purchases. In the case of a sellout, tickets will not be available on day of event.

 

I WANT TO ATTEND 2 MOVIE NIGHTS ONE THE SAME NIGHT, DO I NEED ANOTHER TICKET? 

Yes, a ticket gives you access to one movie event. Additional movie events will require purchase of a new ticket.

 

CAN SOMEONE UNDER 21 ATTEND? 

Yes! All movies are open to people of all ages.
