With an emphasis on education and physical competency, R2P serves competitive athletes, active adults and those looking to become more active, by focusing on movement, and not primarily pain.
THE RACE
Veteran or first timer, the Columbia Association Running Festival is an event for all level athletes. Staged near Hopewell Pool in Columbia, MD, this running race takes uses paved and natural surface pathway. A small section of the half marathon course uses roadway. Registration includes a t-shirt and finisher medal. Pets, baby joggers/strollers, in-line skates, bicycles, and any other non-official wheeled vehicles are prohibited.

Half Marathon (13.1 Miles) | 10K (6.2 Miles) | 5K (3.1 Miles)

AGE REQUIREMENT
Half Marathon runners must be at least 14 years old.
10K runners must be at least 10 years old.
5K runners must be at least 7 years old.
REGISTRATION
Registration fee includes soft cotton t-shirt and finisher medal.

Registration transfers are not permitted to other Rip It Events. Race organizers reserve the right to close registration due to capacity limits. Race organizers reserve the right to delay or cancel event due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Pets, baby joggers/strollers, in-line skates, bicycles, and any other non-official wheeled vehicles are prohibited.
